Do you provide guided tours?
Yes, we provide various kinds of guided tours. We have various packages to choose from depending on your needs. We support tours for 1 to 250 people.
Do you offer pick up and drops?
Complimentary pick ups and drops to the railway station/airport are available depending on the package you choose.
Do you recommend or have tie up with hotels to arrange stay?
We have ties up several popular hotels in Trichy. Please contact our sales representative for the details.
Do you have other branches in India?
Narmada Travels has its headquarters in Trichy, India. We operate out of Trichy (Tiruchirappalli) and cover major towns/cities in Tamil Nadu. We have no other branches in India.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are very reasonable and the service we provide is definitely value for money. We believe in maintaining a long lasting relationship with our customers. Majority of our business is from repeat customers who are a testimony to our service and the value we offer.
For regular customer/corporate, do you allow a 30 day credit period for payments?
We have stopped providing any credit facility since 2007. Payment has to be either made in advance or at the time of disposal. This is now applicable to all clients, including corporate customers. For large corporate bookings, it is now mandatory to pay 20% of the estimated cost in advance.
I am a tour operator/travel agent operating in India/International, can I tie up with you?
Please contact our CEO -- Mr. S. Muralidaran at ceo [at] narmadatrichy.com for details. As per our payment policy, all payments must be made in advance or at the time of disposal.
Are there any cancellation charges for bookings made through e-mail or over phone?
We levy no charges if the booking is canceled 24 hours prior to the actual commencement of the service. However, any cancelation made within 24 hours of the commencement of service is charged. The charges depend on the plan and booking amount.
